PETALING JAYA: An advertiser who allegedly lured two boys aged eight and 12 into taking part in a football advertisement at Shah Alam on Sept 29 may be charged under the Child Act 2001 for using the children without the consent of their parents.
Shah Alam district police chief ACP Noor Azam Jamaluddin said the case was solved and the suspect, an advertiser, was released last week after his statement was recorded.
