• “I don’t have any” atau “I am a perfectionist”. Jawab secara jujur dengan jawapan yang bukan ‘a deal breaker’.
• “I tend to put things to the very last minute.”

JAWAPAN BETUL

Beritahu anda pernah buat satu kesilapan tetapi dapat diperbetulkan kemudiannya. Jangan sebut banyak perkara negatif tetapi campurkan perkara positif.

1. Kenalkan diri (Nama, Umur, Status)
2. Pendidikan anda
3. Apa sebenarnya anda buat disini?
4. Kementerian atau Jabatan berkaitan dan terangkan
5. Apa tu SPA?
6. Pengalaman kerja (Kalau tidak ada kaitan dengan jawatan panel akan nyatakan kepada anda)
7. Situasi (Boss suka maki-maki jadi boleh ke calon bertahan)
8. Apa bagusnya anda daripada calon lain.
9. Jaga pokok dan bos ada persamaannya jadi anda perlu bagitahu dimana persamaannya itu. (Ini soalan tricky dan jangan cuba-cuba jawab tak tahu ya!)
